A cargo ship sailing in international traffic shall pay € 0.46/NT

The minimum charge is, however, € 300.00.

A  cargo  ship  sailing  in  domestic  traffic  between  Finnish  harbours  shall pay € 0.24/NT

Half  of  the  above  mentioned  rate  shall  be  paid  by  pontoon  vessels  in domestic traffic when they carry cargo on deck only.

 

2) Tug Boats

Tug boats that occasionally call at the harbour area shall pay a rate depending on their

maximum length as follows:

vessels under      15m long     € 43.93

                  15-30m long     € 88.10

               over 30m long    € 120.78

 

A vessel that calls at the port area without embarking or disembarking freight or passengers due to a service call or a change of crew shall pay a rate 40% of the charge payable in international traffic in accordance with Clause 2 Item 1 and in domestic traffic in accordance with Clause 2 Item 2.

The minimum charge is, however, € 150.00.

3) Dismantled Ships

The port charges for dismantled ships and vessels used as storage space are determined separately between the shipping company and the Port Authorities.

4)The waste management rate payable by vessels is € 100.00.

No waste rate is collected from vessels which dispose of their own waste and have made a waste management contract with the Port.

If there are excessive amounts of waste, a rate based on the handling costs is collected.

The rate collected for receiving cargo related waste depends on the handling costs. The rate collected for problem waste depends on the handling costs.

Liquid oily waste is collected from vessels at the rate of  0,19 € / net tonnage.The maximum chargeable net tonnage is 15 000 NRT.

The charge is not collected from vessels which have made an agreement concerning this with the National Board of Navigation. In case the vessel leaves waste in the port contrary to the contract, the Port of Pori has the right to take the waste for further handling at the Port´s option, at the expense of the vessel / the shipping company.

5) Lavatory waste

The rate collected for lavatory waste is € 41.20/ 4  m3  and over it € 6.18/ m3.
