A ratification bill for a free trade deal between South Korea and the European Union will be submitted to South Korean parliament again due to minor translation errors, the foreign ministry said Friday.
The pact, signed last October and approved by the European Parliament earlier this month, still awaits legislative approval here.
The pact, if it goes into effect in July as scheduled, will eliminate about 98 percent of tariff and other trade barriers on manufactured goods, agricultural products and services over the next five years.
