South China's Hainan province posted a year-on-year 43.4 per cent growth in export value to US$1.02 million, hitting a record high since 1993 when it opened trading business, reports Xinhua.
The value was most contributed by private enterprise with a import cargo value of $99.47 million, increasing 130 per cent compared with last year.
