China-Italy first half trade up 36.3pc to US$20 million

TRADE between China and Italy rose 36.3 per cent to US$20 million in the first half of 2010, said Xinhua.

Investment from Chinese firms in Italy has increased since 2000 and mainly goes to the automotive, logistics and machinery industries, according to Invitalia, the Italian official agency for promoting overseas investment and enterprise development.
