INDIA-China trade reached US$32 billion in the first half and is forecast to hit $60 billion by the end of the year, up 43 per cent on last year's full-year figure of $42 billion, and 20-fold more than it was in 2000.
India Trade Promotion Organisation chairman Scubas Pain said: "India aims to double trade with China in four years. It's ambitious, but it's possible with the rapidly growing momentum."
