Jingangwan International Logistics Park, one of three major logistics centers in eastern China's Jiangsu Province, started construction in Lianyungang recently.
The logistics park, covering an area of 22 square kilometers, is the largest all-around logistics center, with the highest international standards, in northern Jiangsu Province.
The project will be completed in four phases. During the first phase, it will build 51 river trade terminals, each with a 1,000-ton capacity. Bonded warehouses, container yards and port offices covering a total area of 360,000 square meters will also be built.
The first phase of the project will last five years.
