Deutsche Post sees clear signs of economic recovery

Deutsche Post said it is seeing clear signs of economic recovery, particularly in Asia, Reuters reported.

"The perceptible rebound in volume in the first months of the year is a clear indication of a strengthening economic upswing," Europe's biggest mail and express delivery company said.

The company also affirmed its 2010 outlook. Deutsche Post is due to report first-quarter results on May 11.
