Liaoning trade value falls 23.6pc in first four months

LIAONING provincial foreign trade value has fallen 23.6 per cent to US$16.4 billion for the first four months as major export products like steel and oil and chief export markets shrank, Logistics Week reported.

Export cargo from the north eastern province was valued $8.8 billion, with a decrease widened to 26.7 per cent compared to the same period last year. Import value was $7.6 billion, a decrease of 19.6 per cent.
