Freight employees allege logistics firm deprived them of compensation
Nine former employees of CEVA Transport filed a collective action under federal law for unpaid overtime compensation.
The suit alleges the international shipping management company required workers at its
“CEVA maintained a policy requiring its employees to work overtime each and every week, but refused to pay them as provided by federal law,” said David K. Stein of Stein Chapin & Associates, the law firm representing the plaintiffs.
