China Logistics Corporation invests on new Hunan industrial park

CHINA Logistics Corporation plans to spend CNY1.5 billion (US$219.4 million) building an industrial park in Hunan province's city of Zhuzhou that will service shippers in central and southern China, Xinhua reported.




The industrial park will occupy an area of 133.3 hectares, offering air-water-land intermodal transport, distribution, warehousing and trade services.




The park will be divided into six functional areas for quayside operations, warehousing, logistics operations, trade, business development and other auxiliary services. Construction will be carried out in three phases, with each covering 40 to 53.3 hectares.
