INTTRA, the e-commerce portal for the ocean freight industry, said it has started offering a product that allows shippers and freight forwarders to focus on and then resolve potential problems before they escalate.
The Idle Container Management product allows shippers and freight intermediaries to receive alerts if a particular shipment is not moving as planned.

INTTRA, provides e-commerce products to ocean carriers and their customers. It said more than 260,000 container orders are initiated on the INTTRA platform each week, representing more than 10 percent of global ocean container trade.
