DP World Antwerp, Conti Lines and Rickmers-Linie to Establish Joint Venture

On October, 23 of the current year DP World Antwerp, Conti Lines and Rickmers-Linie decided to enter into a joint venture agreement. The new company will be called DP World Breakbulk NV, reports the press-service of Rickmers-Linie.

The joint venture company will operate a common user general cargo terminal at the Churchilldock in the Port of Antwerp.

The shareholding between the three partners will be DP World, Conti-Lines and Rickmers-Linie holding 60%, 20% and 20% respectively.
