Daewoo Shipbuilding wins $520 mln European orders

Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Co , the world's third-largest shipbuilder, said on Thursday it won shipbuilding orders worth a total of 532.8 billion won ($520 million) from Europe.

Daewoo said in a filing to the Korea Exchange the orders were for two very large crude oil carriers (VLCCs) and two bulk carriers, without specifying the number or names of buyers.
