Cosco in deal to build $26m semi-submersible

Cosco Corporation (Singapore)'s shipyard arm has won a contract worth $25.85m to construct one semi-submersible barge, the company announced Tuesday. Cosco (Zhoushan) Shipyard in China will build the 32,000 dwt vessel for an unnamed Southeast Asian firm. The vessel is slated for delivery in the second-quarter of 2012.
