Emirates adds south China calls to Asia-Africa loop

EMIRATES Shipping Line, has announced it will enhance its Asia/Africa loop (AFA) service by adding south China calls.


The carrier will run four ships, averaging 1,968-TEU, on the following port rotation for the revamped AFA: Hong Kong, Shenzhen-Shekou, Singapore, Port Klang, Colombo, Mombasa, Tanga, Dar es Salaam, Singapore and back to Hong Kong.


The new calls are the only direct connection for Emirates from South China to Africa.
