Safmarine upgrades Pearl River, Malaysia-east Africa service

SAFMARINE's Far East-East Africa network has been upgraded with the introduction of a direct service connecting Tanjung Pelepas and the Pearl River Delta terminals of Nansha and Yantian near Shenzhen with Mombasa and Dar Es Salaam.

"The enhanced Mashariki Service offers a weekly connection to Mombasa and Dar es Salaam with competitive transit times. Cargo from Nansha to Mombasa is delivered in 19 days and to Dar, in 26 days," said Dirk Geens, Safmarine's Africa trades director.(Source:www.schednet.com)
