MSC ups Asia to Europe rate US$300 per TEU from January

GENEVA's Mediterranean Shipping Co (MSC) will raise freight rates on its Silk, Lion, Dragon and Tiger Asia-Europe services by US$300 per TEU from January 1.

The increase will be applied to all cargo originating in China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and south east Asia to all destinations in northern Europe, Scandinavia, the Mediterranean and the Black Sea.
