Korea's Namsung Shipping starts south China to Vietnam loop

KOREA's Namsung Shipping has launched a new intra-Asia service to be managed by the Namsung Shipping Hong Kong Ltd, linking south China to Vietnam that started on October 24, the company has announced.

Namsung Hong Kong managing director Brave Lee said this was the first service to be managed by Namsung Shipping Hong Kong Limited.

"This service provides a shorter connection time for the cargo from south China to southeast Asia and Japan. At the same time, we are looking for more intra-Asia routings to enlarge our service networking," Mr Lee said.

The new service rotation will be Hong Kong, Haiphong, Fangcheng, Huangpu and back to Hong Kong.
