AFTER two sailings, Chile's CSAV has terminated its Asia Andes Express 3 (ANSEX 3) service between China, Korea and Mexico, reports Paris-based Alphaliner.

The carrier's ANDEX 3 service was announced August 23 to offer complementary service to its ANDEX 1 and ANDEX 2 Asia-Mexico routes on a rotation of Dalian, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Busan, Manzanillo, Lazaro Cardenas and back to Dalian.

The seven vessels of 2,500 to 3,000 TEU in the suspended ANSEX 3 service have been redeployed on the carrier's newly launched ASIAM service, linking the Indian subcontinent and Asia with the US west coast.
