Change of Management

Today at the Annual General Meeting in A.P. Moller Maersk Sir John Bond (chairman of Vodafone Group Plc.), Mr. Lars Pallesen (rector at the Technical University of Denmark) and Mr. John Axel Poulsen (captain in A.P. Moller Maersk) were elected as new members of the Board of Directors of   A.P. Moller Maersk.

According to the press-service of the company, at the same time, Mr. Sven-Aage Nielsen and Mr. Henrik Lorensen resigned as nominee directors.
