The law governing freight transport can be a confusing, dry and sometimes mind-numbing subject for non-specialists, said Andrew Traill, Shippers’ Voice managing partner.

Legal Eagle looks at a range of case law related to recent incidents and court cases and highlights the sort of small print and/or inconsistencies that can cause problems when there are disputes about liability when problems arise.
