Apr 30, 2008 Shipping

Shipping portal INTTRA said Jeff Pattison has joined the company as chief information officer.

He will be responsible for the technology that powers INTTRA's e-commerce tools and the work processes that create and sustain it, including research, design, engineering and development of the product line.

Pattison was vice president of application services at NRT Inc., the largest U.S. owner and operator of residential real estate brokerages.

At INTTRA he will work closely with John DeBenedette who has moved to INTTRA's commercial department to lead the global team.

Leveraging DeBenedette's leadership experience with INTTRA's global sales force, the company has merged commercial, marketing and product management under DeBenedette in his new role, the company said. This collaboration of departments will allow INTTRA to continue accelerating its efforts to bring innovative products to market quickly and effectively without compromising quality.

INTTRA products help shippers and forwarders plan, process and manage their documentation with their carriers.
