Citigroup takes pessimistic view of long-range box trade profits

A CITIGROUP report concludes that earnings from long-haul container shipping companies will peak this quarter and decline 40 per cent in 2011 industry-wide reports Bloomberg.

The Citigroup Inc report by analysts Rigan Wong and Ally Ma placed Yang Ming Marine, Evergreen Marine, Wan Hai and Orient Overseas International Ltd (OOIL) at "sell", said the report.
