Senator Lines Rutter dead at 55

Senator Lines said Vincent Rutter, 55, managing director in the United Kingdom, died Monday.

We lose a wonderful person and friend as well as a dedicated and extremely competent colleague and employee, said a statement from Hans-Hermann Mohr, Senator's chief executive officer and the company's management board.

Rutter joined Senator in 1991 as regional manager north, and was appointed to the post of managing director in 1994. He had worked in the shipping industry for nearly 40 years.

He is survived by his wife Patricia and three children.
