Panalpina offers China-Israel LCL services

PANALPINA is commencing less-than-container load services from four Chinese ports to the Israeli Port of Ashdod.

The LCL services will connect Ashdod with Shanghai (in 22 days), Ningbo (21 days), Hong Kong (18 days) and Yantian (17 days), via the company's hub in Singapore.

The service aims to tap growth between China and Israel in the health care, fashion, consumer retail and automotive industries, according to Erez Harari, chief operating officer of Amit Ltd, Panalpina's exclusive partner in Israel.

The company said it plans to further expand LCL services between the two nations in the coming months, reports the American Shipper.
