CHINA Eastern Airline has launched a passenger charter service from Qingdao to Hualien in Taiwan to meet the growing demand for Taiwan tourism, reports Logistics Week.
The service with eight flights deploys an Airbus A320, which departs from Qingdao Airport at 0800 hrs.
Hualien Airport becomes the third Taiwanese airport opened to Qingdao Airport followed by Taoyuan Airport and Taipei SongShan Airport. There are now seven schedule flights per week from Qingdao to Taiwan.
