MISC starts Myanmar – India service

Kuala Lumpur: MISC Bhd announced the beginning of its new East India Service (EIS) with first sailing from Yangon, Myanmar, on Monday.  EIS is offering a dedicated weekly service between East India and Myanmar. The service offers offer routing from Yangon, Chennai, Colombo, Chennai and back to Yangon, the shipping company said in a statement.

This weekly service will be served by two of MISC's 700 teu capacity vessels, Bunga Mas 11 and Bunga Mas 12, with a minimum of 60 reefer plugs.
