Dafni resigns as head of CMA CGM subsidiary CNC Line

Igal Dafni on March 14 resigned as director and chief executive officer of Cheng Lie Navigation, amid a legal dispute with his former employers Gold Star Line, owned by Israeli carrier Zim, over alleged improper payments to shipping agents.

Dafni joined Taiwan-based CNC Line when it was acquired in April 2007 by French carrier CMA CGM.

Danny Wang, previously CNC Line's chief financial officer, is now in charge of the company having been appointed managing director on March 18.
