The new fourth string of Maersk Line's transpacific service (TP7) will start making weekly calls at Da Chan Bay Terminal One in Shenzhen in south China from mid-October.
TP7 service will be operated with 12 ships of 4,000-TEU capacity with port rotation of Newark, Savannah, Miami, Panama Canal, Balboa, Los Angeles, Oakland, Kaohsiung, Shenzhen (Da Chan Bay and Yantian), Hong Kong, Busan, Yokohama, Balboa, Panama Canal, Miami, Savannah, Charleston and Newark.
The Da Chan Bay terminal is supported by bonded logistics facilities and efficient trucking services to manufacturing cities of the Pearl River Delta.
