DP World Jeddah receives three Shanghai postpanamax cranes

GLOBAL terminal operator DP World has announced the arrival of three new super postpanamax cranes from Shanghai to be installed at DP World's Jeddah South Container Terminal (JSCT).

The Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry cranes can service ships with 22 or more boxes abeam and lift 65 tonnes each. The addition of these cranes to DP World Jeddah's seven berths will increase productivity and efficiency, significantly speeding turnaround times, said the company.
