Turnover dropped by 61%

According to Logistics Finland, Danish dry cargo shipping company Norden saw its turnover drop by 61% to DKK 415mn (EUR 55.77mn USD 78.02mn) in Q1 2009 compared to DKK 1.06bn (EUR 142.31mn USD 199.09mn) in Q1 2008. EBIT dropped by 87% to DKK 22mn, profit after tax went down by 64% to DKK 74mn and profit after tax dropped to DKK 73mn from DKK 200mn. EBIT margin in Q1 2009 was 5.2% compared to DKK 16.0% in Q1 2008.
