India Dabhol LNG terminal to start in April

India's third import facility for liquefied natural gas, being built at Dabhol, will operational by the middle of next month, R.K. Goel, director for finance at gas transmission firm GAIL India (GAIL.BO) said.
Goel, who is also the head of Ratnagiri Gas and Power Pvt Ltd, which runs the gas-fired power plant at Dabhol in western India, said firms such as the BG Group (BG.L) and Essar were interested in using the LNG facility.
