Ceres Paragon Terminals is now Amsterdam Container Terminals

Mar 20, 2009 Port

Starting March 16 2009, Ceres Paragon Terminals (CPT) will change its company name to Amsterdam Container Terminals (ACT). Ceres Amsterdam Marine Terminals (CAMT) will become Amsterdam Marine Terminals (AMT).
This name change follows a share-swapping agreement, signed in December 2008, through which Hutchison Port Holdings (HPH) became the majority shareholder of Ceres Container Terminals Europe (CTE). CPT and CAMT, formerly subsidiaries of CTE, have been renamed ACT and AMT respectively.
The company logos, websites and other expressions of internal and external communication will also be brought in line with the corporate identity of HPH.
