Andrews heads Europe/Middle East region for ICTSI

 Philippines-based global terminal operator International Container Terminal Services Inc. said Wednesday it has appointed Francis Andrews as regional manager for Europe and the Middle East.

   Andrews has been with ICTSI since 2000, and was formerly general manager of the Manila International Container Terminal and sat on the boards of various ICTSI subsidiaries.

   From 2000 to 2001, he headed former ICTSI subsidiary International Port Services as CEO and general manager. Prior to that, he worked with Sea-Land Service from 1973 to 2000.
