NCC’s throughput in January - November 2008 increased by 15.1%

The aggregated throughput of National Container Company’s (NCC, Russia) terminals in January-November 2008 amounted to 1,609,991 TEU which is an increase of 15.1% compared to January-November 2007.

The throughput of First Container Terminal (FCT, St.Petersburg) in January-November 2008 came to 985,402 TEU which exceeds the results of January-November 2007 by 13.3%. In November FCT handled 92,668 TEU, which is an increase of 10.2% compared to November 2007.

The throughput of NUTEP (Novorossiysk) in January-November 2008 declined by 10.8% compared to January-November 2007 and amounted to 112,341 TEU. In November the terminal throughput increased by 65 % compared to November 2007 and amounted to 12,492 TEU.

The throughput of Ukrtranscontainer (UTC, Illichivsk, Ukraine) in January-November 2008 increased by 27.1% compared to January-November 2007 and amounted 512,248 TEU. In November UTC handled 38,898 TEU, which is a decrease of 9.1 % compared to November 2007.
