Port of Rotterdam Is Closed

According to Thomson Financial News, on November, 9 oil platforms off the Norwegian coast and Europe's largest port are closed because of a storm in the North Sea.

The port of Rotterdam is closed for the first time since its construction in the 1990s, shutting off sea traffic.

Gusts of wind are of 90 miles (145 kilometers) per hour.
