Ningbo volume up 17% over first half of 2008

The Port of Ningbo's container volume grew 17 percent through the first half of 2008 over the same period in 2007, Xinhua reported last week.

The Chinese port handled 5.2 million TEUs during the first half, making it the fourth busiest Chinese container port.
