In January-June, 2008, Archangelsk Sea Commercial Port OJSC handled 847,400 tonnes of different cargo (+29.4%, year-on-year), the company informs.

In the reported period, the company doubled transshipment of export cargo to 435,500 tonnes. Transshipment of import cargo amounted to 135,900 tonnes (-4.2%, year-on-year), coastal trade cargo - 229,700 tonnes (-12.6%), cargo not related to sea throughput - 46,300 tonnes (+37.8%, year-on-year).
