Shipment of uranium transiting through the Port of Montreal

MONTREAL, July 6 /CNW Telbec/ - The Port of Montreal confirms that a vessel carrying a shipment of uranium arrived Friday in the Port of Montreal from Bagdad.

The Port of Montreal is equipped and its employees have been trained to handle materials such as uranium.

Cameco is the company responsible for the transfert to its facilities in Ontario.
