HHLA Container Terminals GmbH (HHLA CT), the sub-holding company of the largest segment in the German group Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA), has made three appointments to its management board.
The three new managing directors are existing senior HHLA managers:
Heinrich Goller, one of the two managing directors of HHLA Container Terminal Altenwerder (CTA).
Thomas Lje, head of sales and marketing in HHLA CT.
Randolf Moller, head of the holding company's legal affairs department.
Stefan Behn remains spokesman of the HHLA CT management board. Gerd Drossel also remains a member of the management board but will retire at the end of this year. Rolf Fritsch is leaving the management board but will remain works director for HHLA's container terminals in his capacity as HHLA's executive board member with responsibility for human resources.
As a result of the HHLA CT appointments, Oliver Dux, until now heading CTA's waterside operations, replaces Goller in the management board, while Volker Werner succeeds Lje as director, sales and marketing.
