President of Azerbaijan Signed Act on Port Establishing

On October, 19 President of Azerbaijan Iliycham Aliev signed the act on sea port building in Alayty (near Baku), reports Interfax-Azerbaijan.

It is expected that the new port will help to increase cargo turnover, to improve ecological situation and to liquidate transport intensity in Baku.

Due to this act, within the month executive authorities and the State Committee on state property have to find an area to build the port complex.
