Rizhao to launch private placement

A tender has been issued for the development of Beypore port, close to Kozhikode. Once completed, it will be able to handle ships of 20,000 dwt. Facilities will consist of 200m of berthing line, construction of which is estimated to cost $4.4m. The existing 4m draft is to be dredged to up to 12m, although the work will take place in stages.
