French seek to revive Argentinean terminal project

The French Institute of Independent Financial Studies and Piedrabuena have offered to take over a stalled project to build the Port of Río Grande in Argentina. The debt owed by the original concessionaire, the Ormas-Andrade Gutiérrez consortium, would be assumed by the two organisations, who would invest $180m in the project in return for a 40-year concession.
