MISC Berhad revamps Halal port calls in Korea and China

MALAYSIA's MISC Berhad will drop its Ningbo and Xiamen calls and replace them with Qingdao and Busan calls on its on its two Far East- Middle East Halal (HE1/HE2) services, reports Paris-based Alphaliner.

The HE1 will drop Ningbo and Xiamen, to be replaced by Busan and Qingdao while the HE2 will cease to call at Busan and Qingdao, and these will be placed by Ningbo and Xiamen calls.

The rotation for HE1 is now Shanghai, Busan, Qingdao, Singapore, Tanjung Pelepas, Port Kelang, Colombo, Karachi, Jebel Ali, Bandar Abbas, Pipavav, Nhava Sheva, Colombo, Port Kelang, Singapore and back to Shanghai.

The new rotation for HE2 from 15 December will be Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Singapore, Port Kelang, Nhava Sheva, Madras, Port Kelang, Singapore and back to Shanghai.
