China Merchants, Eurogate sign MOU to enhance marketing

HONG KONG-listed China Merchants Holdings (CMHI) and Germany's Eurogate GmbH & Co have signed a deal to enhance joint marketing.

The memorandum of understanding follows a similar deal signed two years ago when China Merchants unit, Shekou Container Terminal (SCT) in Shenzhen, joined with Eurogate Container Terminal Bremerhaven to do the same thing.

The companies said the MOU is an accord to exchange of insights on trends, including environmental, port security, operational technologies and practices as well as identifying clients in each other's markets.
