Vladivostok orders three cranes for US$2.66 million

VLADIVOSTOK Commercial Sea Port OJSC (VMTP) has acquired new equipment for use at the port in the second quarter of 2010 with its first purchase from Germany manufacturer Sennebogen for two multipurpose crawler cranes, the 870 R special and three Bleste grab buckets for acquisition later in the year.

The cost of each crawler crane is EUR2 million (US$2.66 million), an integral part of the port's development program for upgrading its handling facilities, according to Russian Transport Daily Report.
