Infrastructure inadequacies remain a problem at Buenos Aires

consultant in Buenos Aires has criticised the Argentinean government for a lack of planning in respect of the country's port network.

University professor Juan Carlos de Palacio says that, despite a 25% drop in cargo volumes last year, this has still not solved the basic capacity problem at Buenos Aires, which is down to a lack of infrastructure, especially in respect of problems accessing facilities.
