Guangzhou customs launches online mail tracking system

GUANGZHOU customs becomes the first customs in China to roll out an online mail tracking system allowing customers to check the real clearance status of international mail in the south China on keying in the mail reference number, Xinhua reported.

The system provides information of the express or ordinary mails from or to cities in Guangdong (except Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Shantou and Jiangmen), Hebei, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Anhui, Guizhou, Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Shandong and Inner Mongolia. Users can check when and whether mail has been cleared.
