New transhipment port for Costa Rica

The National Concessions Board of Costa Rica is to permit technical studies to be carried out for a $700m transhipment terminal close to the existing Port of Moín on its Atlantic coast. Results are expected within a year and a tender will be issued in mid-2011 should these suggest such an installation would be feasible.
