State-run "Delta-pilot" of Ukraine has passed an audit in accordance with IFRS

The state-run “Delta-Pilot” company of Ukraine has successfully passed a three-month financial audit by BDO outside auditor, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine. In accordance with the final report of the outside auditor, "financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the company and that the results consistent with International Financial Reporting Standards.
State Enterprise "Delta-pilot" has existed since February 1998 piloting ships into the sea and river port of Nykolaey and Kherson regions, and also provides transit passage of ships in the river port on the Dnieper. On behalf of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, State Enterprise "Delta-pilot" acts as the client of design and construction of a deepwater navigable channel "Danube-Black Sea" in the mouth of Bystroye. This project will provide an opportunity to revive large-tonnage shipping in the Ukrainian part of the Danube along the route of the 7th international transport corridor.
